I ordered a new phone on-line but needed additional help and went to the store they were able to help complete the transfer process. The staff was helpful and friendly.
Trying to upgrade and the sales guy insisted on a phone that was the exact same as the one I currently had. Also once you build your life around an iPhone, going to android is near impossible, they still tried to make me switch. They got irritated when I said never mind and canceled my contract. Just for an upgrade lol
This is a rating on the store itself and not the Sprint service. If it were the sprint service, it would be a 1-star. I switched to Sprint about a month ago now and everyone in the store was very friendly and helpful. There were a few times they didn't know the exact details on a promotion but were quick to look it up so they didn't quote the wrong thing. After the service started a couple days later, I received notice that my bill was "past due" and the phones were about to be cut off for non-payment even though I was never a Sprint customer till two days before that. I went in again and they were very helpful on getting the right people on the phone to find out what was going on. Great people and customer service. As for the Sprint service, it sucks.....I wish I could go back to Verizon at this point....
