As someone who has been a manager and customer service rep., I was surprised that she didn't offer to credit my credit card with at least a "token/partial" refund for the problem. Delivery time was quick; crust was crusty as I'd requested...but it looked pretty bad. Not likely to order again from them anytime soon because I certainly didn't get what I paid for ...and it should have been right the FIRST time.
The lady I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. Plus they are delivering to me when Pizza Hut told me I was in a dead zone after they have delivered to me before but they had over an hour wait time and the gentleman on the phone insisted I came in to pick it up.
Rec'd my order and the pizza isn't exactly appetizing. Ordered double cheese on entire pizza and mushrooms/beef on one half. Pizza came quickly, but had a strip of bare crust. Appears that double cheese only landed on one half (not that it slid from one side to the other). So hungry I didn't want to wait for ANOTHER delivery and while it didn't look appetizing it was edible. Decided to call manager to let them know about the problem. Spoke w/Angela (that is the same name of the person that made the pizza according to the Domino's "tracker" but she never said she was the one that put the pizza together). She apologized for problem with pizza and offered to remake it and send another one. Told her I was so hungry I'd not wanted to wait for yet another delivery but thanked her for the offer. End of conversation...
Poor customer service, and never refunded my money back to my card. I'm calling corporate tomorrow this app has so many glitches it doesn't make since. Even the manager at 87 said they have glitches in their app. The difference between 87 and main st dominoes is that 87 resolved it on the spot main st didn't care and didn't give me any options. Disappointed never received my food nor $24 bucks!
I gave this place a one star not for product but for service. We are located exactly 3.6 mile to receive delivery take out and after speaking with three different people, we was informed that their service area was redone and no Dominoes can silvery to any customer living in the Treamoor, Brassy, Stoney Point, King Road, Strickland 28306 area. Wow! So how about we just stop giving our money to you and give to Pizza Hut, Papa John's and see if they deliver. Why stop something you use to do?
Amazing location! Very customer oriented and very respectful. My order was kind of messed up and they issued a complete reorder with no problem. Taylor was an absolute wonder to have as my delivery person. I can't sing enough praises about this location!
