Wouldn't even rate them if possible were rude as hell when I called and came into store called at 9:25 to figure out how much dryers were when I got into the store at 9:35 was told I couldn't dry my clothes well if there's a cut off time for dry post it in store could of told on the phone when I said i was on way or website really disappointed couldn't dry work clothes
Clean place and a lot of machines. There are small, medium, and large (75#) washers, and medium and large dryers. I only saw a couple of machines out of service. The front is covered up with laundry service. It wasn't too busy when I went. There is a drink machine, snack machine, and an arcade game. Service was very friendly, albeit there seemed to be only one staff member on duty so it can take a while to get change. There is an ATM, but no change machine so you have to get it at the front. I was please.
I had 4 patio cushions that I thought were ruined for sure but brought them in on the off chance they could be saved. They were $600 and I didn't want to just toss them. They got out 90% of the stains and made them look almost brand new. They quoted my $50, but only charged my $40. They said 2-3 days, and it was done in 2. I meet four diffrent people there, between pick up and drop off, and they were all very polite and helpful.
I have been coming here since I was a little girl due to have alot of rust in out well water. I have always liked this place and I will always continue to use there facility.
I like how the people who work here are aware of what goes on in here. In some places people steal your clothes or loiter for no reason but not here for the most part.
