Went in not knowing the first thing about pawning and Pamela made me feel very comfortable. Her and the other gentleman that helped me were amazing. I couldn't believe I actually got what I asked for for my jewelry. Simply amazing people and service. Will be going back.
Mrs Juanita is a great,and excellent salesperson!!! I always try to get her to help me but it doesn't work out like that every time!!! She's very sweet!!! Very sweet and pleasant personality!!! She has the right job!!! She is definitely a people's person!!! She always has a smile on her face when I come in!! And I come in often cause I have layaways!!! What a great pawn shop. Gaby's customer service skills are out of this world. She is so polite. Gaby will even sing any country song you request. Though she is limited to that genre, it is still a nice addition to your shopping experince. I look forward to every visit.
So friendly and helpful! I've had bad pawn experiences in the past, but National Pawn was totally different. Everyone was so nice and they have a lot of cool things that are well priced. This will definitely be my #1 pawn shop from now on. Looking forward to going back! Thank you guys so much!
