Do not attempt to do business here. I had signed loan papers, changed insurance, and spent hours here waiting for them to do an appraisal on our trade in...Lured us in with nice a nice atmostphere, and a great deal on the camper we wanted... So we were just about to finish the deal after spending hours at the dealership on the THIRD day there... when they came up to us saying that there were many things wrong with the camper that we were trading in, ASKED FOR $3,500.00 EXTRA.... WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL US THAT EARLIER IN THE 3 HOURS YOU TOOK TO INSPECT OUR CAMPER! THE MANAGEMENT ARE CROOKS!!! STAY AWAY FROM HERE AT ALL COSTS. If I could post negative stars I would.
This is it plain and simple. After you purchase from them you will never hear from them again.
Got a call from the my dealer saying my parts were in. When I questioned them more come to find out my parts weren't in.
In all fairness I was warned by others not to purchase here. I decided to go against my better judgement and purchase anyway. My advice it to avoid this place at all cost.
Parts began falling off the Motor Home on the was to my house. I returned on Wednesday to get a replacement lug nut that fell off. The parts department just gave me blank stares when I asked about it. I was told by one individual that it was a Ford Part go to there parts department. Are you serious!
Update: Finally figured out there business model in the Service Department. We will wear them down and eventually they will fix it themselves. Found out the electric parts of the Water Heater didn't work. Why you ask? Because it was never hooked up.
The adventure continues. After being contacted by Camping World head offices guess what? Nothing. Nothing has been resolved and we still have a brand new product that is broken.
Further research revealed that this was a Wheel Cover installed by Thor and the parts department should have been able to help secure this replacement.
Was told by another person at the dealership to go have one made and bring them the receipt. Really.
They seem to be doing a better job than usual for a while attitudes were bad and couldn't get a response. I dealt with Mary up front and she went the extra mile searched for a product even in storage and called me back. I really appreciate her diligence!!
I purchased a Class A from them. When it was delivered one of the the keys was missing. Johnathan the salesman told me he would give me a call when he found the key. Still waiting on that call.

UNTIL THE NIGHT MARE STARTED THE MANGER CAME AND TOLD US WE HAD TO GIVE HIM $1500.00 STARTED CLAIMING ALL KINDS OF STUFF ON OLD CAMPER REPAIRS FOR THIS AND THAT WHICH WAS NOT NEEDED .I TOLD HIM I WAS NOT GIVING HIM THE MONEY WELL HE SAID HOW ABOUT THIS AMOUNT AND DOWN DOWN HE WENT JUST TO SHUT HIM UP AND SO WE COULD LEAVE I GAVE HIM $200.00 FOR SOME REASON THIS SOUNDS LIKE A PUT MONEY IN MY POCKET THING HE WAS A VERY HATEFUL MAN WE WERE SO EXCITED TO BRING OUR NEW CAMPER HOME UNTIL HE TOOK OUR JOY AWAY. WE GOT TO THE REGISTER AFTER MY HUSBAND ASK HIM FOR HIS BUSINESS CARD WITH HIS NAME SO WE COULD TELL HIS BOSS WELL HE SAID TO MY HUSBAND YOU AREN'T MAD ARE YOU AND TOLD THEM AT THE REGISTER TO GIVE US $200.00 GIFT CARD WHY DID HE HAVE TO UP SET OUR DAY WANTING $1500.00 CASH WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE? CAMPING WORLD IS GETTING A BAD NAME BECAUSE OF STUFF LIKE THIS THE MANGER NEEDS TO WORK SOME WHERE ELSE HE DON'T KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS SO SAD. SOME BODY NEEDS TO CALL MONICA FROM CHANNEL FIVE NEWS THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE OVER HAULED AND A CLASS IN HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE. THE MANGERS BOSS SURE NEEDS TO LOOK IN TO THIS MATTER. Now for the real problem. We have owned this Motor Home a little over 2 weeks and we have a list of 18 items wrong with it. I tried contacting the service department for a warranty appointment and could not get anyone on the phone.
