So much I can say, but anyway the employees are nice, especially one woman. But as far as banking with this bank is NOT GOOD. SEEMS TO ME THEY CHARGE FOR EVERY USE OF YOUR CARD. BEFORE YOU KNOW IT YOUR IN THE RED ON OVER DRAFT. I BELIEVE THEY TAKE IT MONEY AS WELL. THEY CHARGE ME FOR A CHECK THAT WAS WRITTEN TO ME. AND CHECK WAS GOOD. IM LIKE DAMN WHY CHARGE ME.. SMH. I DON'T RECOMMEND
Customer service sucks. I opened my account September 20, 2016 and my card was suppose to be mailed out on 22nd. Well sadly to say it is almost a month Saturday and still no card and they want me to pay $10 to go to branch to have a card made for a problem that is on their hands. Do not think so. This account will be closed out on Friday and I wouldn't dare recommend them to anyone else. So until Friday I have to go to bank to withdraw each time I need money
