Went last week for the first time. The line to get in was quite slow since they only had one of three windows open. Throughout the day, they made everyone get out of the lake for the lifeguards to take a break, which just seemed like bad planning. Other than that, I thought the place was great, add did the other five people with me. There were four adults and two children and we all had an awesome time. My wife would have liked the water to be cooler, but I loved the warm temperature of the lake water.
I have visited this park for many years and still love it... good clean fun, safe with plenty of lifeguards... has shaded picnic areas with tables and grills and a family season pass is the best way to go if you go often you can't beat the price... swings, slides, sandy beach and can bring your own floats or buy one there and just float around all day... awesome place
Stayed for the entire day. The staff were considerate and kind, they had to take a 15 minute break every 2 hours. But that wasn't too bad, they had plenty of non-water activities. My little sisters and i had a blast! Would definitely recommend!
This is a great place to hang out for the day. There is something for every age group. From Tarzan swings and slides for teenagers, swimming off the docks and a children's section where the water isn't too deep. We go every summer.
I used to come here a lot when I was a kid. Getting abandoned by your parents was the scary part. They knew I wouldn’t go missing so they would go find peace somewhere on the grounds while I could possibly drown somewhere. Used to be overly crowded. I remember a kid peeing in public. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ now I just break into apartment complex pool areas now.
